claimfintech.online — Legal
AML / CTF Policy
Last updated: 6 July 2026
claimfintech.online is committed to the highest standards of integrity in the fight against money laundering, terrorist financing, proliferation financing and financial crime. This Anti-Money-Laundering and Counter-Terrorist-Financing Policy (the “Policy”) sets out the principles, controls and obligations that apply to all our operations, in line with Directive (EU) 2015/849 as amended, Regulation (EU) 2015/847, the recommendations of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF), and applicable national transposition laws.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to claimfintech.online, its directors, employees, agents, contractors and any third party acting on its behalf, as well as to every User of the Services.
2. Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
Before establishing a business relationship and, thereafter, on an ongoing basis, claimfintech.online applies Customer Due Diligence measures. These measures include:
- Identification and verification of the User on the basis of reliable, independent-source documents, data or information, including government-issued identity documents and proof of address where applicable.
- Identification of the beneficial owner where the User is a legal person or acts on behalf of a third party.
- Understanding the purpose and intended nature of the business relationship, including the source of funds.
- Screening against international sanctions lists, politically-exposed-person (PEP) databases and adverse-media sources.
Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) is applied to higher-risk relationships, including PEPs, high-risk third countries and complex or unusually large transactions.
3. Risk-Based Approach
claimfintech.online adopts a risk-based approach: risk assessments are carried out at the level of the business, the customer relationship and the individual transaction. Risk factors considered include geography, product, delivery channel and customer profile. Controls are calibrated to the identified risk and reviewed at least annually and whenever material changes occur.
4. Transaction Monitoring
All transactions carried out through the platform are subject to ongoing monitoring, both automated and manual, in order to detect activity that is unusual, complex, without apparent economic or lawful purpose, or otherwise potentially indicative of money laundering, terrorist financing or fraud. Alerts are reviewed by trained staff and, where necessary, escalated to the Compliance Officer.
5. Reporting Obligations
Where claimfintech.online knows, suspects or has reasonable grounds to suspect that funds or transactions are related to money laundering, terrorist financing or predicate offences, a Suspicious Transaction Report (STR) is filed with the competent Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) without delay, in accordance with applicable law.
A strict prohibition of tipping-off applies: Users and third parties are not informed of the existence, content or outcome of any such report.
6. Record-Keeping
Documents, data and information obtained through CDD, transaction monitoring and reporting are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the end of the business relationship or from the date of the occasional transaction, and may be extended in accordance with applicable law.
7. Governance and Training
claimfintech.online has appointed a Compliance Officer responsible for the design, implementation and oversight of this Policy. All relevant staff receive regular AML/CTF training appropriate to their function, and the effectiveness of controls is subject to independent review.
8. Prohibited Activities
- Transactions involving individuals or entities subject to international sanctions.
- Anonymous accounts or accounts in obviously fictitious names.
- Relationships with shell banks or with entities providing services to shell banks.
- Any activity that would facilitate tax evasion, corruption, fraud or the financing of terrorism or proliferation.
9. Cooperation with Authorities
claimfintech.online fully cooperates with competent supervisory authorities, FIUs, judicial authorities and law-enforcement bodies, and responds to lawful requests for information within the applicable legal framework.
10. Compliance Statement
As a fintech operator, claimfintech.online recognises that trust, transparency and regulatory integrity are the foundations of its business. This Policy is approved by the management body, reviewed at least annually and updated whenever the legal, regulatory or operational environment so requires.
Any concern regarding potential breaches of this Policy may be reported confidentially to support@claimfintech.online.
