These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the website claimfintech.online and any related services, applications and tools (the “Services”) provided by claimfintech.online (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Services, you (“User”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The Services are intended for natural persons aged 18 or over, or for legal entities lawfully constituted in their jurisdiction. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that you are not subject to any international sanctions or restrictive measures.

2. Description of the Services

claimfintech.online is a technology platform that assists Users in submitting, tracking and managing financial claim and refund requests. We are a fintech intermediary and do not act as a bank, investment firm, or legal representative. The recovery of funds depends on third-party processors, financial institutions and applicable regulatory frameworks; no specific outcome is guaranteed.

3. Account Registration and KYC

To access certain features you must create an account and successfully complete our Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money-Laundering (AML) verification. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate any account that fails or refuses to complete KYC verification.

4. User Obligations

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Not submit false, fraudulent, misleading or duplicated claim requests.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorised access.

5. Fees

Applicable fees, if any, are disclosed to the User before the conclusion of the relevant transaction. You expressly authorise claimfintech.online to deduct such fees from any recovered amount, or to invoice them separately.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, layouts and databases made available through the Services are the exclusive property of claimfintech.online or its licensors. No right or licence is granted other than the limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, claimfintech.online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services. Our aggregate liability towards any User in any twelve-month period shall not exceed the total fees paid by that User during such period.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate access to the Services, in whole or in part, in case of breach of these Terms, suspicion of fraud, non-compliance with KYC/AML requirements or request from a competent authority.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, by the national law of the Member State in which claimfintech.online is established. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that seat, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified in advance. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance thereof.
