1. No upfront payment

Opening an account, opening a case, describing your experience, uploading documents and the initial case review are free of charge. You are never asked to pay before work begins.

2. What the free review covers

• Review of the information and documents you submit
• An assessment of whether your case has realistic options
• A written summary of possible next steps

3. Further costs

Any further work is optional. Before it begins, you receive a written quote showing the price, what is included and when payment is due. Nothing is charged without your written agreement. There are no hidden fees.

4. No guaranteed outcome

Results depend on evidence, the other party, banks or platforms, and legal procedures. No firm can guarantee that funds will be recovered, and paying a fee does not guarantee a result.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may withdraw or pause your case at any time, free of charge and without any penalty.

6. Receipts

Receipts are issued only for payments that have actually been made and recorded.
